This splendid Florentine villa was built in 1700. It was a noble family residence up until 1956 when it was converted into a hotel. It is set in a green neighbourhood of Florence, next to the Fortezza da Basso exhibition centre and its park.

Nice. Great location and good staff.
Great location. We visited in winter, this hotel would be beautiful in the warmer weather. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A 20 minute walk to the railway station (flat) and 20 into the centre. Breakfast good.
No kettle or drink equipment in room.

Nice location
It was in a good location, inside the city center area but outside of all the craziness. Parking was inside the Hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows.
You can hear the noisy of everything going around the room; from the cars, garbage pick up and people walking outside to the noisy from the rooms next to you. The customer service at the reception area were little friendly, seemed bored. But the guys from the breakfast were very friendly and willing to help you. You have to pay 30 euros for daily parking, a little pricey especially because it’s inside the facilities. And I read you need to pay to use the pool during summer!!!! how it can be a 4 stars hotel if you need to pay extra for each of their services? I think will be better to raise the price and offer all the services to the guests inclusive.
